Do you only list Florida properties?
Yes, we only list Florida homes and properties.
Do I Have To Pay A Listing Agent Commissions?
No. You just pay a Flat Listing Fee (as little as $79) to get the MLS exposure for your property.
Do I Have To Pay A Buyer's Agent Commissions?
Yes. If a Buyer’s agent sees your listing on the MLS and brings a buyer you must pay the buyer’s agent a commission if you accept the offer.
The commission you’re willing to pay must be stated on your MLS listing details. We recommend that you offer a commission between 2% – 3% because your listing will be competing with other listings for agent’s attention.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, as long as your property has not already been listed on the MLS you may cancel your order at anytime by simply (CALLING) customer service at 407-900-1355
Do I Have To Put My Credit Card On File?
NO, ALWAYS ASK ANY FLAT FEE MLS, MLS LISTING BY OWNER, FSBO LISTING SERVICE COMPANY IF PUTTING YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE IS A REQUIREMENT! NEVER GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR FULL CREDIT CARD #, EXPIRATION DATE, OR CVC CODE. KEEP YOUR INFORMATION PRIVATE!
How Many Photos can I upload on MLS?
6, 15, or up to 100 photos depending on the package.
Our $120 Platinum Unlimited includes up to 100 photos, which is the MLS limit.
Do I Have to Pay a Buyer's Agent Commission if I Find my Own Buyer?
No. There are no additional fees or commissions paid if you find your own buyer. And you can cancel your Flat Fee Listing anytime.
How long will my listing be on MLS?
Our MLS listings are posted for 3 months, 6 months, or as long as it takes to sell, depending on the listing package. However you can cancel the listing at any time. There is no cancellation fee.
Does Flat Fee Listings by Graves Realty charge the Buyer’s Agent a fee?
If a Buyer’s Agent produces an acceptable offer, they will pay us a small Listing Management Fee when the sale is closed. It is not an additional fee owed by you, it comes out of the Buyer’s Agent commission. If there is no Buyer’s Agent involved in the transaction (ie: You sell the home yourself), there is no listing management fee due.
Can I use any Title/Closing Agent or attorney I want to close the transaction?
What are the restrictions for listing my property in the MLS and Realtor.com
The MLS and Realtor.com will not allow your phone number or email in the public portion of the MLS Listing. However you are listed in the private remarks in 3 locations as the person to call for all showings. If someone contacts us, we refer them to you. There is no benefit to us (commission) to work with the public or with another agent. We send everybody to you.
