What To Expect After I Pay For My Flat Fee MLS Listing?

After you pay for your Flat Fee MLS Listing you’ll receive an email from us with a customer id number and links to all the forms to fill out online (can also be downloaded and printed).  After you fill out each form, they are sent over to us, then we’ll prepare everything in Authentisign and email it back to you for legal signatures. Once you’ve completed your forms we try to get them back to you as soon as possible, usually within 24-48 hours, this can be affected by weekends and holidays.

3. Upload or email your photos.
4. Your listing with be live to 100+ websites within 24 to 48 hours upon completion of the finalized and approved MLS forms.
